No confirmation of account set-up after paying £75

I recently signed up with Plusnet and paid £75 for installation fee and firsts months wifi bill. I haven't received any confirmation of my order. Please advise on what to do next. Thanks

I tried to call you today to provide an update on your order but there was no answer. I've manually progressed this with our suppliers now and we'll confirm your engineer appointment date within the next 24-48 hours to install your service.
