No confirmation email but still billed

Hi, I just placed an order but I did not get a confirmation email nor did I get a confirmation number after I filled in my payment details, but I have a pending payment from Plusnet. I tried logging into my account using my details but it gives me an error. I understand this has happened to people before and want to make sure I didn't mistype my email address.

Hi, my username was bodlondebstore and the address was 14 Brougham road, Wallasey, CH44 6PW.
