No cashback email

I also have not received an email to claim back the cashback advertised when signing. I’ve been with them also a month. Tried to speak on chat but never get through.

We are in the same situation, ours went live early september, I called a few weeks ago and was told I would get an email on the 2nd October, still waiting for any kind of response from plusnet

I have received the reward card but had no activation email. It’s states you need to activate the card prior to using-seems plusnet really don’t like giving away the reward

The reward card is activated by following the instructions in the letter. If this is a Plusnet PureCard you've received you activate the card on the PureCard website. If you have any problems activating the card then please contact Purecard on the number in the letter which should be - 0800 587 1995.
