No cashback email

Hello, my phone-line was activated on the 20/9/19 and broadband on the 26/09/19 but I still haven't had any email for the cashback from the offer when I signed up. I've checked my emails and junk folders on both my main account, and my plusnet account.

Oh and just to add, I didn't sign up through any comparison site.
