No cashback email

Hi, just realised that i still have'nt received a cashback email.

Signed up over the phone on 30 August and went live on 5th September, can you advise why no cashback email please.

I have tracked your cashback and I can see on the on the 13-Sep-2017 at 00:16 we sent you the email to redeem it.

Can you check your inbox and spam folders for us?

Hi, Apologies for my delay in replying.

I have checked inbox, trash and deleted and I have no email regarding the cash back .

Hi, I also have a similar issue regarding not having received a cashback email.

At the time of signing up Plusnet were offering £50 cashback and I signed up online on 3rd December 2017 and went live on 19th December, can you advise why I have no cashback email please.

Welcome to the community forums @yh

I've checked the offer code on your account and it doesn't entitle you to cashback directly through us. It looks like your account was signed up through an affiliate. If you're not aware of this and started the signup at www.plus.net it's possible there may have been an affiliate cookie on the device you were using at the time which meant the sale attributed to them.

 

Do you have an account with affiliates such as TopCashBack or Quidco? -Anoush
