No cashback email

My broadband service went live on the 13/9/2019 but I still haven't received an email to claim my cashback. Can someone help me with this?

I'm sorry to hear there has been no communication surrounding your cashback. From checking our systems, an email was sent on 21/09/2019 to claim your reward - I'm sorry this does not seem to have reached you correctly. We'd be happy to redeem this on your behalf if you'd like? Once redeemed the reward would be sent to you via the post within 30 days.

iv got the same problem.
just been told about activating a email, that I didn't get.
not happy, plus not should be able to recife the problem.
they will lose custom by conning people.

I never received an e-mail too. These con masters are trying to convince me it has been delivered and are refusing to pay the cashback.

Had I known what was I gonna go through I would have never signed up with them. 

It's actually disgraceful that you can go into such dodgy practices for £70 worth of voucher.

iv got it sorted now thanks.
cause iv complained iv been sent a £50 check.
not full amount but better than nothing.
