No cashback email received

Hi there,

 

My broadband started on the 08/04/20 and I was expecting my email for £75 cashback. I have not seen this (but could have been deleted from my spam) is it possible to resend please?

Hi Emily,

 

I was wondering if you could help me again please. You submitted titled my £75 cash back for me last month and said it will usually take 30 days, how is the cash back paid? I haven’t received anything by email or post as of yet.

Thanks for getting back in touch. Sorry to hear that you did not receive this card. Looks like there are some delays with both Purecard to complete orders and then with deliveries. Based on records, fulfilment of this order was on 1st of June so card is on its way to you.

Currently there may be some delays with deliveries so if you won't receive it by end of next week, please contact Purecard.
