No cashback email received even though I was connected 14.1.20

I still haven’t received my cashback reward email!! Was connected on jan 14th but still no email.. called customer services as online chat doesn’t work and the man said it’s 30 days after connecting but online help says 10 days to get the email then 30 days to use link?? What is the actual facts to claim this cashback?Huh

I can see we emailed you on 22nd January with instructions on how to claim your cashback. 

If you can't find the email I've included a link to this in a support ticket you'll be able to view by going Here. You'll need to make sure you claim this before the 22nd March otherwise the offer will expire.

Let us know if there's anything else you'd need help with.
