I signed up and join plusnet with fibre extra with line only with £75 cashback on 8th of January and my broadband went live on 24th of January. I still checked my email every days inbox and spam folder, no sign of £75 cashback.

From checking our systems it does show an email was sent on 28/01/2020 to claim the reward, I do apologise this does not seem to have reached you. As you've not received the email, I've redeemed the reward on your behalf. Please allow up to 30 days for you to receive the cashback through the post.
