No cash back email

Hi Guys,

Signed up on the 31st July with offer of £50 cash back phone line activated the next day.  Haven't received my cash back email as yet either in inbox trash spam.  When will this be received its more than 10 working days after activation of 1st service?

We're really sorry to hear that you haven't received your cashback redemption email.
 We are aware that there have been some issues with our automated system sending out our correspondence. Due to this our Marketing Team are sending emails to all customers impacted within the next 7-14 working days.
