No call from the engineer?

Phoned up on Tuesday as it turns out my new house can get fibre. Was told an engineer would call within 48 hours to arrange an install date. Not had any call and on my account it is still showing as my old address?

Hi. Got a text this afternoon but nobody is free then.
Could it be swapped to the day after (Tuesday 15th Sept) to the afternoon slot or will i have to phone up?

I've managed to get it changed to the 15th between 1 and 6pm.
