That's covered in the FAQ

"When will the discounted price end?

Your discounted price will only change if you come to the end of your discounted contract period, or you change your package."

Thanks.  I haven't read the FAQ as I'm not in the position of needing to move to EE (or elsewhere), but I was referring in particular to 'Referral Credits' as opposed to any other previously 'negotiated with PN discount', the loss of which could be substantial for anyone who presently has a decent number of referrals.

If you visit https://www.plus.net/help/my-account/move-to-ee/ then click "What happens to my current service and add-ons?" you will see a list of FAQs, one of which is Referral Credits.

That's where I took the text I posted.

Short answer; only up to 3 referral credits are used for calculating the EE price, and only during the initial migration period.
