No broadband usage shown anymore.

Since becoming a phone customer as well as a broadband one with plusnet.  I haven't been able to see my usage anymore for broadband. I have changed it 6 weeks ago to 10gb instead of 80 so I am worried that I may go over the limit now. Please can this be looked at.

As per when I've phoned, we'll need to investigate a bit further as to why this happened but no usage was recorded as you seemed to be connecting with the account details of another Plusnet user.
As far as we can tell this may have been an issue with something called TR69 which  a system we use to configure your equipment remotely. However I'm glad to say we got you back online and your account is recording usage data so thanks for your cooperation.
