No bill since December upgrade to Fibre

Hi,
I've been doing my 6 monthly finances check and noticed that I haven't been charged for my Fibre etc since November 2018?

After looking further into the matter my billing summary says my next bill is due 19-Dec-2018...

I've tried ringing but gave up - can anyone assist me with this matter please?

There is a bug in the billing system, and some accounts have got stuck - mine has been stuck since October. They are working on fixing the problem as soon as possible - but it may take some time...   I understand that once an account becomes unstuck they will only charge a max of 90 days rather than the full amount.  Sit back and enjoy free broadband!

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received a bill since your upgrade.

As mentioned above there are some customers who's billing is stuck and I'm afraid we don't have a update as to when this will be fixed.
