No bill for November, nor October

You haven't charged me since 24/09. I think I did get an email saying there would be a delay in taking payment. I'm not keen on phoning and waiting in a queue just to tell you to take my money.

Did my LRS renewal about a month ago and that went through, so no probmem with my payment info.

What is going on?
