No answer to previous question

Plusnet,I would like an explanation as to why there has been no answer to my complaint of being overcharged on PRESENT Contract.I negotiated a new contract on the 9th September for £27.99 pcm,but last bill was more than £10.00 extra.What is actually going on,it can't all be attributed to Covid-19! Your earliest reply would be appreciated.
