No advance notice e-mail this month.

Every month I have always been sent an e-mail from PlusNet billing advising me of how much will be taken by Direct Debit from my bank account for the previous months call charges, it has either been sent on the 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th or 11th of the month.

 

This month I did not receive one, I have checked in my junk box too.

Could someone please check that an e-mail was sent this month and how much will be taken on the 20th?

There's been a slight delay with the sending of the e-mails.

You should receive them soon.

@greengrass  Just have a look at your bill in member centre where you'll also find your calls itemised.  I think my bill has always been available there the day after the end of the billing period (the cost of each itemised call is available to view a day or two after it's made).
