No Reward Card Email

Hi,

I recently joined Plusnet, with my activation date being June 23rd, but I have not yet received my reward card. I was told this would come within ten days of activation. Can you let me know when I should receive it and if I should have received an email notifying me?

Same here.

I signed up for Plusnet via a link on MSE offering a £50 Amazon card on May 13th. Broadband went live May 28th, supposed to receive an email within 10 days to claim the reward, but nothing.

Anyone got an email address to contact Plusnet? The support page says online chat is down and to Tweet them instead, which isn't appropriate for account queries.

Same here too. Broadband went live 08/07/20 but not recd reward card email.

I check my inbox & junk mail every day.
