No Plusnet Reward for ComparetheMarket New Customer!

Hi,

I joined Plusnet on May 19th and used ComparetheMarket when i joined and was expecting a £75 reward card. Sometimes  these type of reward cards take 3 months so i hadn't thought of it but i read in the FAQs today that they are expected within 10 days...

Could you advise why i haven't recieved my reward card email.

So you are just going to ignore me Plusnet?

There is a lot of complaints on here about this and very few people seem to get any helpful response. I have messaged staff directly and no reply, yet you still see staff reply to other peoples posts.

 I am reporting it to Ombudsman services as it seems to me the the cashback offer is to entice people to sign up with Plusnet only for them to screw you over!

When you sign up It says you have to wait 10 days for the reward card email, but after further investigation you have to wait 60 days for an email which never turns up and by then most have forgotten about the reward card and can no longer claim it!

You cant even speak to customer services on the phone or via Live Chat.

But you can still celebrate "Yorkshire Day" and grab new offers!

Hi, are you going to resolve my issue, I have still had no meaningful contact to resolve my issue. If you don’t resolve soon I will need to refer to the ombudsman for false advertising.
