No Payment taken still

The last payment taken was in September. I raised a ticket in October and was told that the issue was affecting several customers and I would be kept informed. There are two payment options open to you, please just take some money!
ID number 63169.
This is annoying because you will at some point be taking a large sum and the concept of monthly payments and budgeting seemed to be lost on the employee who answered my original question.
I`m now posting on here because I havn`t had the question resolved.

Hi inthesticks,
I've had a word with one of the team who dealt with the original fix for this. He said it looks like yours was missed in the original and all should be back to normal on your next billing date.
