No MAC code switching in from talktalk llu

Hi
I've just signed up to unlimited fibre plus weekend calls.
I'm currently with talktalk on a llu.
Am I right in thinking that no mac code is needed?
Do I need to tell someone at plusnet that it's llu?

Welcome to Community. Smiley
Yes. it's correct that moves from LLU to Plusnet don't require a MAC. I imagine the Plusnet provisioning team will be able to establish the current connection is LLU, but they'll ask if need be (keep an eye out for updates to tickets in the Member Centre https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search).
I hope the changeover goes smoothly for you.

Out of interest,  where abouts in the members centre do tickets appear?

At the link spraxyt has posted above Smiley If nothing shows once you've clicked it and logged in, there are no open tickets so just choose an option from the dropdown to view any closed tickets.
