No Fiber

Well my standard Broadband ADSL was supposed to be upgraded to Fiber yesterday and due to some mess up. In longer have any Broadband connection seem like according to a raised ticket I have to wait until Sunday now still without Broadband. But you are quick enough to to bill me for fiber at a cost of £26 which I think is over priced when a new customer gets it for £23. Why should I have to pay for a service of which I'm not getting. Don't you think I should be compensated for your mess which you has caused.

Would you mind dropping me a PM with your username please, the account I've found using your forum details seems to be on a fibre connection and we haven't charged for fibre yet Huh
