No February bill

Hello my February bill doesn’t appear to have been processed. I joined in January and my services went live on the 21st, my account shows my billing dates as 21st each month but no bill has been generated for February. Could a staff member have a look at this please. Thanks….

My bill for February has arrived unfortunately it's not right, the monthly charges show £46.18 this is not the figure I agreed when I signed up in January. I queered this figure on 23/1/20 #198289475 the agent I spoke to suggested I get back in touch regarding the discrepancy when the February bill had been issued.
