No Engineer?

Hi,
I am supposed to have fibre installed today. Engineer is supposed to come from 8-1 but I haven't heard anything. Is he still coming? Haven't heard anything and it's 12pm now.
Will I still lose internet tonight? How long will it take for another Engineer to come out if my one doesn't show up today?

Hi Matin,
I've just responded to your Support Ticket. We are expecting an engineer to visit and complete the installation for your fibre service between 8am-1pm today. Please let us know if the engineer does not attend so this can be chased up ASAP for you.

Everthing is okay, he came around today at around 12:45 so I guess it was his last slot. Everything went smoothly! Was estimated 40/6 - ended up having 60/15! So very happy here!
