No Email yet to claim cashback

I have recently joined plusnet and my service went live on 21st August, I have yet to receive an email to allow me to claim cashback that was on offer,
Is 4 weeks + the normal wait to receive email.

Hi @jonjo1952 

 

You should have received an initial claim info email roughly 10 days after going live. 

 

This will have gone to the email address you provided upon account set up and can, on occasion, be caught by your filter and end up in spam/junk folders.

I have rechecked my emails and junk/spam folders and no emails were found regarding topic
