No Cashback email

Service started 1 October but no cashback email yet, seems plenty of others have the same, can someone help please?

Hi @bevnic71, I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to locate your email, this will have been sent within 10 days of going live so would advise checking your junk/spam box if you haven't already.
