No Cashback email

Hi,
I signed up through the website for the cashback deal on September 11th. Internet was activated September 24th but as far as I can see I still havent received the cashback email.

Would it be possible to get the this sent out?

I am sorry for the lack of communication there has been with your cashback. From checking our system we can see an email was sent on 01/10/2019 to claim the reward. I do apologise this does not seem to have reached you. We'd be happy to redeem this on your behalf if you would like? Once redeemed this would then be sent 30 days.

Yes if you could redeem it for me that would be very helpful.

Would this mean a cheque would be sent or a payment directly into my account?
