No Cashback email received

I did not receive the email in order to claim the £75 cashback which was part of my sign up deal. It is in neither my inbox, my plusnet inbox or my spam box. Fibre went live on 6/9/19. 

 

Why do you offer such deals and make it as difficult as possible for customers to get what they are owed???

 

Unable to live chat and phone wait time of 20 minutes in order to chase it up. 

 

Lousy! Not off to a good start with Plusnet. Tempted to pull the plug due to Plusnet reneging on their offer.

Disregard previous message. Finally got through on chat and agent said they were going to help me.

You should receive a cheque within the next 30 days. Let us know if there's anything else we can help with.
