No Cashback email received after 30 days

Hi. My broadband was activated on 11 August. Waited patiently for activation email to claim £75 cashback. Should have been 10 days after activation. Didn't arrive. Contacted PlusNet: told it would arrive by 27 August. Didn't arrive. Then told it would arrive by 11 September. Hasn't arrived. Lots of other posts about the same problem. This is not a good performance from PlusNet and I feel I have been conned. How does one expedite this?

Now 4 days later and no response from the marketing team. When will I get this cashback? Why is it so difficult to get PlusNet to fulfil its contract terms?
