No Cashback Received
After signing up back in January, I received an email to claim my Cashback reward on 25 Feb, which I did and received a claim confirmation on 26 Feb. However I've received no Cashback reward.
Can you help at all?

I can see that as stated by you - reward was claimed. Cheque was sent to you back in March.
Sorry to hear that you have not received this cheque - I will pass this to relevant department and ask them to issue new cheque. You will receive confirmation email about it within few working days.
