No Cashback Email

Hi,

 

I signed up to PlusNet Broadband on November 30th last year.

While the Black Friday deals we in effect - These included a cashback incentive for joining.

 

After joining up and just prior to getting connected I contacted yourselves on around the 14th December (regarding a separate issue)

The person I spoke with confirmed that there was a note(?) on the account confirming the cashback offer associated with my account

They also explained that email would be sent within about 10 days of the connection.

 

I've not yet received a cashback email.

Do you know when I should expect to receive one?
