No Cashback Email

Hi there,

I signed up for Plusnet Broadband with the offer of £75 cashback which was one of the main reasons for choosing over other companies.

The broadband and service has been up and running perfect since the 24th October but have had no email regarding the cashback yet?

Does anyone know if I have to do something first or should it still arrive? Been more than 10 days.

Hi @gordy52

 

You should receive an email within 30 days of your services going live. Please make sure to check your spam / junk folder as sometimes these can get flagged as marketing emails. Please let us know if you haven't had anything by the 24th of this month.
