No £75 reward card

I signed up to the full fibre 500 broadband that had the £75 reward card perk.
It has now been over 10 working days since my service was activated and I still have not received an email confirming this.
Otherwise, the broadband is a lot better than the provider I was with previously, but it is a bit disappointing that I have not received this perk.
