No £75 reward card email

Our Internet has been up and running since 8th of July and I'm yet to receive an email to claim the £75 reward card. I'd have opted to join a different company who were also offering rewards if I'd have known plusnet make it impossible for customers to claim the reward in the hope they just give up on it!

I am in the same situation. I've signed up more than a month ago directly through plusnet, yet no rewards claims (I've checked the junk mail).

It is interesting how often they have "technical problems" in treating the reward claims.

I would appreciate if this matter could be resolved.
