No £75 cashback yet

My account went live on 31/08/2019 but I have yet to receive an email to claim my £75 cashback.

Please advise how I can claim cashback offer.

I have a feeling that you have waited too long to ask the question. If my memory serves me correct, I think you have a time limit to claim your cashback reward and im sure it's 2 months from activation , but I'm sure a Plusnet staffer will correct me if I'm wrong

We have a helpful guide to our cashback and rewards which may be able to answer your question here. As @Shep41 has mentioned, the cashback redemption email expires after two months and so we wouldn't be able to look into this at this stage. Apologies for any disappointment caused.
