Hi
I signed up to plusnet on the 9th September and my service went live on the 23rd of September. I was told i would receive an email within 10 days with instructions on how to claim the cashback. It is now three weeks and as yet i have not heard anything or had an email.
I would be grateful if you could chase this up for me.

I also haven't received an email relating to my reward. I have checked junk mail folders etc.
My service went live on 16th September 2019
Could you get this sorted out please.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Same situation here: Signed up via MSE on 8/9/19, service commenced 23/9/19 but no email as yet to let me claim my cashback. Seems that there are a lot of people who signed up early September complaining of the same issue.
Stupidly I forgot to mention this during PN's new customer follow-up call of the 14th.
Can this be looked into please?

Hi, I have not recieved my £75 cashback email. Not sure why, but can anyone please help me sort this out. I can't phone customer services as my landline does not work and I have no mobile at the moment.

Hi @seanie1968 and welcome to the Community Forums.
I'm sorry to hear you're still yet to receive your cashback reward. The process is that within 10 days of the service going live there is a cashback redemption email sent that has a 60 day redeem window before it expires. Once the redemption email is filled out and returned then the cashback reward is sent out and received usually within the following 30 days. Can I ask then, around the time your services went active, was there a redemption email sent to you? It can sometimes end up in junk/spam so I'd recommend checking there also.

Thank you for getting back to me!
To be honest I didn't know of the 10 day timescale, just that I was to receive a email telling me how to claim.
I didn't think to check, my junk/spam, I have just checked, but nothing.
I have just discovered that my Junk mail deletes every 10 days.
