No £75 Cashback Email yet

Hi,

I switched my broadband over to Plusnet on 11/11/2019 and ive not had an email to claim my £75 cashback and its been over a month

My Mum switched over to Plusnet on 5/11/2019 and she has already had her email and her cashback claim processed. I was wondering where my email is?
