No 12 month contracts

It's time to look for a new provider as my 12 month home phone and broadband contract with sky is ending, looking at  plus net it seems they are only offering 18 months with twelve months free, is the this the best they can offer, if not can anyone post a link to any 12 month contracts for both  home phone and BB, really don't want talktalk, but they seem to have best deals at the moment.
