Nightmare Customer Service Question still un answered

question no #79826321 still un-answered by the support team regarding changing my broadband to the no contract option even though the question was raised after a call to the support team by myself and they opened the question

Advisor asked me if i wanted the deal offered on 14/01/14 and to respond which i have done and also added extra notes twice since and still no response.!!
