Recently changed jobs and got a new email address and mobile number. Thought I'd switched everything over but forgot the broadband. Plusnet had an issue with a direct debit and couldnt contact me. normally you'd get a letter in the post but no they decide to pass over the account to a debt collection and cut my internet....and I have got absolutely nowhere with trying to get the outstanding amount paid up!!!!??? Rubbish service.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I'm sorry to see what's happened. We're generally a paperless company so we'd email and text you with anything important to the contact details we're advised of and hold for you on your account with us.
Not 100% sure on which collections agency we use but let me check with a colleague from our debt management team when they're in the office. I'm not in on the 17th or 18th so I'll get back to you on the 19th at the latest.
