Hi Louise,
A warm welcome to the forums. The answer to your question somewhat depends on how you signed up. If it was via an affiliate's website, then it will be according to their rules on their website and would need to be chased with them.
If it was direct on the Plusnet site, then usually the reward processing email is sent around 14 days after your services first goes live.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
