New to plusnet

Hello, i placed an order for plusnetis unlimited broadband on March 13th  however for the last 7 days it has just been stuck at the same progress.
Checking your line, there seems to be a problem with your line we will give you a call to sort this out as soon as possible to get you up and running with us.
But i have not been phoned or heard anything since a day after ordering  the package and was just wondering if there was any update to the progress of my order?
Any updates you could give would be great.

give them a call,we had to, Cry auto request failed so they did it manually that day ,also provide mobile number if you have one as they txt you and email progress

Hi Karith,
It seems there was an issue with the MAC Code that you provided us when you signed up. Your order has now been placed after you provided us with the correct MAC Code and the scheduled completion date is set for 31/03/2014.
