New sign up double checking :)

Hi,
New customer just signed up for phone & broadband  Smiley
Just noticed an internal ticket saying (wlr) payment failed? (ticket # 48331957)
I've doubled checked my cc details and d-d details , they seem inorder ? If however there is an issue ,I don't mind adding another cc just let me know.( as per ticket # 48332278)
Shame it seems to take so long for a new line install , 22nd of November seems such along way off.

I see payment has now cleared on the internal system  Smiley
Got a message about the (am 22/11 ) being the install date , Is there a possablity of any sooner ? It just the cable service ends before that date .

There isn't I'm afraid, if there were any sooner dates we would have offered that to you. Lead times such as this are purely based on engineer availability.

I noticed there was some system updates taking place last night on the service page so that may have been something to do with the payment issues? The sign up system couldn't find my virgin phone number & address at first either.
I understand its a BT thing on dates.
