I have a potential signup, that has missed the 4 times referral bounty, as they needed work doing on their phone line by BT before they signed up (see here for details)
Should I see if I can make them hold on now, and hope for a new offer to be announced, or should I just sign them up now?
Mike

Hi Mike,
We're looking at a few things, but nothing's been finalised yet. So you would be looking at a couple weeks minimum.
In honesty, I reckon your best bet is to get them to sign up, because I really can't give you a definite date on when the next promotion would be.

@Jameseh
I signed up an old Gent on the 14th, I had to phone up CSV on 16th (As Proof), he now has router and I think Line is due to be activated, But when he signed up he did not know my UserName, can you check if I am shown as the referrer now as it doesnt show on the referral list, should I PM you his ID?

Hi pierre_pierre,
You'll need your friend to raise a ticket advising that you referred him, and we'll get it added for you.

Hi Mand, it has now appeared on my referral list, but there seems an oddity with the money items, I PM'd James who said he has now moved office, so then PM Bob.
Query is, got signed on 14th, it says £0.25 - OK, then Paid £7.50 period 12 month.
I thought that the first payment is normally 90 days. and that for the first 6 month £1.00. the £7.50 looks like £6.00 plus 6x0.25 = £1.50. havnt been back to the OP but is it that he paid for 12 month straight off?

In your referral list, when is his next billing date set as? If it is a year's time, then you know the answer yourself. If it is next month, then something has gone wrong somewhere.

Hi Peter,
These sort of queries you're much better off raising a ticket to the Customer Services team or giving them a ring.
The top one looks like 12 tokens have been generated because they've been paying annually (at a guess without looking at the account). Although the next billing date suggests otherwise.
Raise a ticket and give all the necessary details and it should be sorted out for you.
