New referral not showing in My Referrals!

Hi
Any staff members arround to check this for me,
I helped a new referral sign up over the phone on 02/04/11 and my username was provided to the agent during the signup.
The account is now active but the referral is still not showing in My Referrals! Huh
All of my previous referrals have shown up before activation as awaiting activation, What's gone wrong?

When a similar thing happened to me, the official response was to get your new sign-up to raise a ticket on their account and for them to explain the situation mentioning your account username.
The new sign-up then gets manually added to your referrals, and you just sit back and collect your discount.  Grin

Not much we can add on to what Purleigh has already said. If it's not showing as a referral at the moment, can you get them to raise a ticket on their account saying you referred them and we'll ensure it's added.
