I am supposed to be on the £2.99 broadband and i  notice now it has been bumped to £10 is their a reason?

By the look of it that was a 12 month discount, as you've been with us for 12 months now the discount has run out. It'd definitely be worth having a word with our Customer Options team if you'd like to discuss another offer?
