I was wondering if someone might be able to help me with this.
I phoned up on the 18th October to sign up for a new contract as mine had ended and I was paying a higher price.
The nice lady on the phone sorted me out with a new price which I was happy with. However upon getting the bill this month it's still the same price as before. I can see on my account that the new contract has started but the price hasn't changed, I can also see that next month will be exactly the same.
I would try and sort this on the phone but recently I end up on hold for ages and don't end up actually getting through to anyone.
Is anyone able to help me resolve this ?
