New order

Placed an order on Monday (MAC provided), since then my order status is showing "Checking your line". Is this normal? does it take this long to check line and process order?

If you go in to your questions area and view all the questions/service notices that may give you an indication as to where the order is, normally a question is raised for each action the system or PN take as they build the order.
