New migration process (No Mac) and retention team.

Now that a MAC is no longer required for migration are you (Plusnet) prepared to deal with retention topics by ticket, or are you still going to insist on phone call?
In other words, do I attempt to keep two (elderly) referrals with you - or do I just migrate them without further discussion?

We don't offer retention deals by tickets I'm afraid but I believe there may be a live chat option in the near future.
