Plusnet guys first thing in the morning:
Get someone to call AWB - and go over the Plusnet options he has (rather than him ringing off his mobile - which currently is billed)
Unless you follow the tip in Bobs blog post about the change to CS numbers.
I agree with Spraxyt. i think you need sky talk and tv for  the £10 charge.
